A grounded, holistic approach that honors the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

My approach

My work is grounded in the understanding that healing involves the whole of who we are - body, mind, emotions, relationships and spirit.

I draw from years of experience with plant medicine, contemplative practice and therapeutic approaches, bringing these different perspectives together in a way that is relational, embodied and responsive to the person in front of me.

Meaning & Connection

Space for the deeper and spiritual dimensions of your experience, helping you connect with what feels meaningful, authentic and true to you.

Underlying all of this is a deep trust in the intelligence of your system and your innate capacity to heal.

Even patterns that create suffering today often developed for a reason - to protect us from pain, preserve connection, or help us feel loved and accepted. Rather than seeing these parts of ourselves as problems to overcome, we become curious about them. We listen to what they have been protecting and begin to discover what might be possible now.

The plants & reciprocity

I have profound trust in what plant medicine can open, reveal and help us experience. But I also believe that while the plants can show us a great deal, they cannot live it for us.

We may receive insights, healing and new possibilities through our work with the plants. The maestros and the medicine may support profound energetic and spiritual processes. Our responsibility is to meet what we have received and gradually bring it into our lives - into our relationships, choices, boundaries and the ways we care for ourselves.

For me, this is reciprocity: we receive, and we respond.

PREPARATION & INTEGRATION

The work begins before the ceremony - and continues long after it ends.

Plant medicine experiences can open profound spaces of healing, insight and possibility. Preparation and integration help us meet these experiences with greater awareness and allow what we receive to become part of how we live.

Before - Preparation

Preparing for the experience

Preparation is an opportunity to begin turning toward yourself before entering the medicine space.

Together, we can explore what is bringing you to this experience, your intentions, fears or expectations, what may be alive in your life, and how you can approach your retreat with greater grounding and openness.

It isn't about trying to prepare for what will happen. It is about cultivating the inner conditions to meet whatever arises with presence, curiosity and support.

After - Integration

Bringing the experience into life

Integration is the gradual process of allowing what you experienced to find a place in your life.

Rather than trying to hold onto an experience or immediately make sense of everything that happened, we create space to listen - to the body, emotions, insights and questions that continue to unfold.

Together, we explore how what you received can become embodied in your relationships, choices, boundaries and everyday life.

Attunement & relationship

Relationship matters

Many of us grew up without consistently experiencing what it is like to be deeply seen, understood and met. This is why the relationship we develop matters so much to me.

My intention is to meet you with presence and curiosity, seeking to understand your experience from the inside rather than imposing an interpretation from the outside.

There is no fixed destination and no agenda for who you should become. We move at the pace of your system, following what is present and what feels ready to be explored.

From there, we can begin to explore not only what has been - but what else might be possible.

THE APPROACHES THAT SHAPE MY WORK

I don't work from any one of these approaches in isolation. Over time, they have become woven together into the way I listen, relate and accompany each person according to what is present.

Plant medicine & traditional Amazonian healing

My relationship with plant medicine has developed over many years of working with the plants and through traditional plant dietas with the López Sánchez family of Shipibo healers. These experiences continue to deeply inform how I understand healing, relationship, embodiment and integration.

Compassionate Inquiry

This approach has deepened the way I listen for the beliefs, adaptations and emotional patterns that often live beneath our present-day struggles, meeting them with compassion rather than seeing them as something that needs to be fixed.

Yoga, mindfulness & Buddhist practice

Yoga, meditation and Buddhist teachings have been part of my life for decades. They have shaped my understanding of presence, awareness, compassion and our capacity to meet our experience with greater spaciousness.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic work brings particular attention to the nervous system and the body's responses. It supports a gentle exploration of sensation, activation, protection and the body's natural movement toward regulation.

Transpersonal Psychology

Transpersonal Psychology brings together psychological understanding with the spiritual and transcendent dimensions of human experience. It supports my way of working with experiences that may extend beyond our ordinary sense of self and meaning.

Hakomi

Hakomi brings together mindfulness, embodiment and relational attunement. I particularly value its curious, experiential way of exploring the unconscious beliefs and patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and the world.

Wherever you are in your process, we can begin there.

You may be preparing for a plant medicine experience, finding your way after one, or simply feeling called to understand something in your life more deeply.

You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.

We can begin with a conversation.
